Method
Cooking Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 20–40 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, then add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce. Allow to simmer for 2–4 minutes until warmed through.
Serving
- Garnish with parsley and serve over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
Notes
Adjust the heat level and herbs to personal preference. You can make it spicy by adding red pepper flakes, or use skinless chicken thigh fillets for more flavor.
