Ingredients
Method
Marinate the Beef
- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Toss the beef cubes in this mixture until evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least one hour.
Prepare the Skewers
- Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, leaving space between each for even cooking.
Grill to Perfection
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure they become beautifully charred.
Cook the Fries
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the cut potatoes in batches until golden and crispy, usually about 5-7 minutes per batch.
Assemble & Serve
- On a large platter, lay down fresh lettuce leaves as a base. Arrange the grilled skewers on top and pile the crispy fries beside them. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and red onions.
Notes
These skewers can be stored up to three days in the refrigerator. Marinate beef in advance to save time. Serve with salad or a creamy dip like garlic aioli for enhancement.
