Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the drumsticks well in the marinade.
Cook the Fries
- Cut potatoes into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick. Fry in hot oil or bake at 425°F until golden.
Grill the Chicken
- Preheat your grill or oven. Grill chicken for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
Prep the Fresh Salad
- Combine chopped lettuce, diced cucumber, and sliced tomato in a bowl.
Pack & Serve
- Arrange grilled chicken, crispy fries, and fresh salad in a meal box. Drizzle with ketchup and BBQ sauce; garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice to the marinade. Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking for extra crispiness.
