Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grill or pan-cook the chicken until it is juicy and fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
  2. Heat the corn slightly to enhance its flavor.
  3. Mash part of the avocado with lime juice.
Assembly
  1. Arrange salad greens, veggies, and the mashed avocado in a bowl.
  2. Add the sliced chicken on top and garnish with chili flakes before serving.

Notes
