  • 6 pieces smoked beef or pork sausages Choose sausages made with natural ingredients.

For the fries
  • 1.5 lbs French fries Crispy and golden brown.

For the egg salad
  • 6 pieces hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper For the egg salad.
For garnish
  • to taste Fresh parsley, finely chopped For garnish.
  • to taste Paprika For dusting.

Preparation
  1. Lightly brush the sausages with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated. Season them with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Grill the sausages for about 10 minutes until they have a beautiful charred brown color and are heated through.
  3. Cook the fries until they turn a crispy golden brown. This should take about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Toss the fries with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and parsley for extra flavor.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced green onions. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix gently.
  6. Arrange the grilled sausages, seasoned fries, and egg salad on a serving platter. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
