Ingredients
  

For the Steak Skewers
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes Choose well-marbled for maximum flavor.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic provides a more potent aroma.
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
For the Crispy Fries
  • 3 large potatoes, cut into fries Soak in cold water for crispy texture.
  • Oil for frying Use enough to submerge the fries.
For the Fresh Salad
  • 4 lettuce leaves Use a mix of greens for variety.
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the cubed sirloin with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano until evenly coated.
  2. Thread the seasoned steak onto skewers.
  3. Soak potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes before frying.
  4. Prepare the salad by arranging lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion on a plate.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until a nice char develops.
  3. While the steak cooks, heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the potato strips until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Salt the fries immediately after frying for the best flavor.
Serving
  1. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  2. Serve the juicy steak skewers over a heap of crispy fries with the fresh salad on the side.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the steak for several hours or overnight. Pair with garlic aioli or BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
