  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes Optional
  • N/A N/A fine salt Optional, for instant use blend

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Measure your dried herbs and spices into a bowl.
  2. Crush the rosemary between your fingers if the pieces are large.
  3. Stir well so everything is evenly mixed.
  4. Pour into a clean, dry spice jar with a tight lid.
  5. Label it with the date, because you will forget later.

Notes

Store in a cool cabinet away from heat for best flavor. Use within 3-6 months for optimal taste. Rub seasoning between palms before sprinkling for enhanced flavor.
