  • 1 tablespoon oil (avocado or olive oil) Used for coating.

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (199°C) for about three minutes.
  2. Cut the salmon into 1 to 1.5 inch cubes for even cooking.
  3. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels to ensure proper seasoning adherence.
  4. Toss the salmon with oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Add the honey garlic sauce to the salmon and mix gently.
  6. Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the salmon bites for about 6 to 9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. Optionally, warm extra sauce and brush it on the salmon bites immediately after cooking.

Notes

Serve with steamed broccoli and jasmine rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
