Marination

Cooking rice

Cooking chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and let it rest before slicing.
Assembly
- Layer the cooked rice at the bottom, top with sliced avocado, cilantro, red onion, and the sliced chicken.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
