  • 3 1/3 oz Chocolate pudding mix Use a quality mix for best flavor.
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances the flavors.
  • 1 1/2 tsp Instant coffee For coffee flavor.
Liquids
  • 1 3/4 cups Chocolate milk Use milk with real cocoa for depth.
  • 1/4 cup Irish cream For creamy flavor.
  • 3/4 cup Whiskey Adjust amount for preferred strength.
Topping
  • 8 oz Whipped topping Thawed and folded in for lightness.
  • Shamrock sprinkles For decoration.
  • As needed Whipped cream For topping before serving.

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, instant coffee, and salt.
  2. Ensure the powders are evenly mixed with no dark coffee clumps.
Mix the Liquids
  1. Gradually add the chocolate milk, Irish cream, and whiskey, mixing until smooth and well combined.
Fold in Whipped Topping
  1. Gently fold in the whipped topping to maintain airiness.
Serve
  1. Divide the mixture into serving cups.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Top with whipped cream and shamrock sprinkles before serving.

Notes

Cover with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
