For the Fries
  • 2 cups French fries Can be fried or baked.
For the Salad
  • 1 cup lettuce Fresh and crisp.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rub the drumsticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Grilling and Cooking
  1. Cook the chicken on the grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  2. While the chicken cooks, prepare the fries by frying or baking until golden and crispy.
Preparing the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

  1. Plate the chicken drumsticks alongside the crispy fries and a portion of salad.
