Method
 

Preparation
  1. Coat the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the chicken for about 35–40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. While the chicken is roasting, bake or fry the fries until they are golden and crunchy.
Assembly
  1. Toss together the salad ingredients, and serve them with your choice of dips like ketchup and a creamy sauce.
  2. Pack the roasted chicken, crispy fries, fresh salad, and sauces together in a box for a delightful meal.

Notes

Ensure the chicken is well-coated with the seasoning for a flavorful bite. For extra crispiness, try air frying the chicken or fries if you have an air fryer. Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet; this allows the chicken and fries to cook evenly. Store leftovers separately in airtight containers.
