  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (thyme/oregano) Fresh herbs offer more flavor.
  • to taste Salt & black pepper Be cautious not to overpower other flavors.
For the Fries
  • 3 cups frozen or fresh fries Opt for gluten-free fries if needed.
For Serving
  • 1/2 cup ketchup or chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup creamy sauce (mayo/garlic dip) Consider dairy-free alternatives.
  • 1 cup mixed salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion) Fresh veggies add color and nutrition.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss the drumsticks until they’re well coated.
Roasting
  1. Arrange the drumsticks on a baking sheet and roast them in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) for about 35-40 minutes, or until golden-brown and crispy.
Cooking the Fries
  1. Cook the fries according to the package instructions or fry them in hot oil until golden and crunchy.
Making the Salad
  1. Toss together the salad ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

  1. Pack the chicken, fries, salad, and your choice of sauces into a box or plate for presentation.

Notes
