Ingredients
  

For the Beef Marinade
  • 1 lb Beef Use a quick-cooking cut like flank, skirt, or sirloin.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang Korean chili paste.
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
For the Spicy Cream Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Adjust for more or less heat.
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
For the Rice Bowl
  • 1 cup Rice, cooked white Warm before assembling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Marinate the beef in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Grill or pan-sear the beef to your liking, then let it rest before slicing.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and sour cream to create the spicy cream sauce.
Assembly
  1. Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with sliced beef, and drizzle with the spicy cream sauce.

Notes

Serve the rice bowls hot. Add sliced green onions or sesame seeds if you like. You can add steamed vegetables on the side.
