- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
- Serve the Labskaus hot, garnished with a fried egg on top for an extra indulgent touch.
Notes
Use a combination of fresh and canned corned beef for richer flavor. Make sure your mashed potatoes are creamy and seasoned well. Consider adding beetroot juice for color.
