Preparation

- Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and becomes a smooth sauce.
- Fold in the drained pasta and crispy bacon into the cheese mixture, stirring gently to coat.
Serving
- Transfer the loaded bacon cheeseburger pasta to a serving dish. Garnish with extra bacon or cheese, if desired.
Notes
For meal prep, portion into containers. This dish stores well in the fridge for up to 3 days and freezes for up to 2 months. Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating to maintain creaminess.
