  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked and crispy For best results, cook bacon in the oven.
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, sharp Use freshly grated for better melting.
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Let it reach room temperature for easier melting.
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Adjust according to taste.

Preparation
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the short pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Stir occasionally until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef, then sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add cream cheese and cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and becomes a smooth sauce.
  5. Fold in the drained pasta and crispy bacon into the cheese mixture, stirring gently to coat.
