Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Once cooled, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top before serving.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
Slice the cheesecake and serve cold. Add extra caramel drizzle, or top with whipped cream or chopped nuts for texture.
