  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts, boneless skinless Pat chicken dry for better adhesion of cheese.
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves Minced for sautéing.
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh Use fresh for the best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing garlic and spinach.
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs For a crispy topping.
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese Spread on chicken.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For additional flavor on top.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and spread Boursin cheese over them.
  5. Top the chicken with the sautéed spinach, followed by a sprinkle of Panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot, paired with your favorite sides.

Notes

Let the chicken cool before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave. Can freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
