- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and spread Boursin cheese over them.
- Top the chicken with the sautéed spinach, followed by a sprinkle of Panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve hot, paired with your favorite sides.
Notes
