  • 1 tsp black pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts well with the seasoning mixture.
Cooking the Pasta
  1. In a large pot, boil salted water and add the bowtie pasta.
  2. Cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside a cup of pasta water.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the seasoned chicken and sear for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Making the Alfredo Sauce
  1. Lower the heat, add butter, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated parmesan cheese until smooth.
Plating
  1. Toss the cooked bowtie pasta into the Alfredo sauce, mixing until well-coated.
  2. Slice the seared chicken and serve on top, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For the best flavor, use homemade chicken broth to boil the pasta or add cream cheese to the sauce for extra creaminess. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
