  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies Can be fine crumbs or larger bits for crunch.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the cake mix package instructions.
  2. Mix and bake the chocolate cake mix as directed on the package.
  3. Once baked, let the cake cool completely on a wire rack.
Filling and Rolling
  1. Gently unroll the cooled cake onto a flat surface.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the crushed Oreo cookies until well combined.
  3. Spread the Oreo cream cheese mixture generously over the chocolate cake.
  4. Roll the cake back up tightly, similar to a burrito.
  5. Chill the rolled cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Serving
  1. Once chilled, slice the roll into even pieces and serve.
  2. Optionally, dust with cocoa or sprinkle extra crushed Oreos on top before serving.

Notes

Store the roll wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze slices in a sealed bag for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge before serving. Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing and cool the cake fully before unrolling.
