  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters 16 oz total
  • 1 cup mini Pepperoni Choose high-quality for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce Preferably simple tomato sauce with basil.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese Full-fat for best melt.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated preferred.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh is better than jarred.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant but not browned.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the biscuit dough quarters with the mini pepperoni, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour the garlic butter over the mixture and toss well to combine.
  5. Layer the biscuit pieces into a greased bundt pan, pressing down lightly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Allow cooling slightly before inverting onto a serving platter.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For best results, use quality ingredients like full-fat mozzarella and freshly grated Parmesan. You can also easily customize the cheese or add ingredients to suit your taste.
