Preparation
  1. Prepare and dice the fruit and vegetables into uniform 1/2 inch cubes for consistent texture.
  2. Finely chop the jalapeño, removing most seeds for a milder salsa.
  3. Whisk honey and lime juice in a small bowl until glossy and slightly thick.
  4. Pour dressing over fruit and gently toss to combine, ensuring fruit pieces remain intact.
  5. Season with salt to taste and add cilantro if using.
  6. Let the salsa rest for 10–20 minutes before serving to allow flavors to mingle.

Notes

Best served cold or at room temperature. For dipping, serve with tortilla chips. Can be used as a topping for grilled meats or tacos.
