Pasta Ingredients

  • to taste Salt and pepper Essential for seasoning.
  • to taste Parmesan cheese for serving (optional) Freshly grated adds rich flavor.

Method

Cooking
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted, stirring occasionally.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta into the pan with spinach and garlic, mixing gently to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For a quicker meal, consider cooking the pasta along with the spinach in one pot. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
