For the Chicken
  • 2–4 pieces chicken drumsticks Use more for larger servings.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil To coat the chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Add a dash for extra spice.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Can substitute with fresh garlic.
  • Salt & black pepper to taste Seasoning.
For the Fries
  • 2 cups fries Frozen or fresh fries can be used.
For the Salad
  • 1 cup lettuce Washed and chopped.
  • 1/2 piece cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes Halved.
  • 2 tablespoons sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayo or dipping sauce For serving.
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Coat the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Bake the drumsticks at 400°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
Cooking Fries
  1. Bake or fry the fries until they are crispy and golden.
Preparing Salad
  1. Toss the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion together to make the salad.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken with fries, salad, and dips on the side.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the spices for a few hours or overnight. Wash all vegetables before preparing the salad for a fresh crunch. Use frozen fries for convenience.
