For the Marinade and Cooking

Method
 

Marinate the Steak

Sear the Steak
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add butter, and sear the steak until crispy on the outside and cooked to your liking inside.
Cook the Eggs

Prepare the Salad
