  • 3 tablespoons butter For flavor.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds great flavor.
  • 1/3 cup honey Provides sweetness.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce For a savory taste.
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice For acidity.
  • to taste na red pepper flakes Optional for heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then toss with cornstarch if using.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken in a single layer until browned and cooked through.
  2. Push chicken to the side, melt butter, and add garlic for about 20 seconds.
  3. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar, letting it bubble for a minute.
  4. Toss chicken in the sauce and let it thicken for another minute.

Notes

If your sauce gets too thick, splash in a tablespoon of water. If it feels too thin, let it simmer for one more minute. Most sauce problems can be fixed with a tiny adjustment and a little patience.
