Ingredients
  

For the Marinade & Skewers
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into cubes Choose well-marbled cuts for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce Use gluten-free tamari for gluten-free option.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika Consider using smoked paprika for deeper flavor.
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
For the Fries
  • 4 medium potatoes Select firm ones without blemishes.
For the Salad
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced Toss with vinegar for flavor.
  • 1 tbsp vinegar For marinating onions.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into uniform fry shapes. Fry or bake them until golden and crispy.
  3. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto wooden skewers.
Cooking
  1. Grill the skewers on medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until they’re beautifully charred.
  2. While the beef cooks, arrange the lettuce, tomato slices, and onion in a bowl. Toss the onions lightly with vinegar.
Serving
  1. Once everything is cooked, place the beef skewers, crispy fries, and salad onto plates. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, wrap in foil and freeze for up to three months. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F until warmed through.
