Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes Choose high-quality sirloin for the best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
For the Fries
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into fries Use firm, fresh potatoes for best results.
  • Oil for frying Oil for frying fries Heat oil to about 350°F for frying.
For the Eggs
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp butter Can substitute with a dairy-free alternative.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Add for flavor when cooking steak.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes For a spicy kick, optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the cubed sirloin in a bowl. Season it with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-coated.
Cooking the Fries
  1. Heat oil in a deep pot until hot (about 350°F). Carefully add the fries and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Searing the Steak
  1. In a hot skillet, add olive oil. Sear the seasoned steak bites until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Lower the skillet heat, then add butter and minced garlic, tossing until fragrant and the garlic turns golden.
Frying the Eggs
  1. In a separate pan, melt a bit of butter. Crack the eggs and cook until the whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.
Serving
  1. On a large platter, arrange the crispy fries, seared steak bites, and perfectly fried eggs. Sprinkle with parsley and chili flakes.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to three days. For freezing, use freezer-safe bags and consume within two months. Reheat in an oven for best results.
