Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss chicken drumsticks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Place the seasoned drumsticks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- During the last 10 minutes of baking, mix BBQ sauce, honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, then brush over chicken.
- While the chicken is baking, cook the French fries according to package instructions until crispy.
- In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrot. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, then toss with the cabbage.
Serving
- Serve the sticky BBQ chicken drumsticks with crispy fries and coleslaw, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Consider marinating the drumsticks overnight for more flavor. For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for a few minutes after baking.
