For the Beef
  • 1.5 lbs beef strips (sirloin or flank steak) Look for high-quality beef strips free from excess fat.
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil For sautéing the beef.

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce For marinating the beef.
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce Add sweetness.

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime To enhance flavors.
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
For the Fries
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries For crispy texture.
  • 1 tsp salt For seasoning.
For the Coleslaw
  • 3 cups green cabbage, shredded Fresh vegetables ensure vibrant flavors.
  • 1 cup carrots, grated For color and sweetness.
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise Creamy dressing.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice For acidity.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the beef in a blend of soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce mixture and let it bubble until thick.
  6. Add sliced red bell pepper, stirring until tender, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. While the beef is cooking, fry or air-fry the potatoes until they are golden and crispy (15-20 minutes). Season with salt.
  8. In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, sliced red onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for coleslaw.
  9. Plate by arranging the fries, coleslaw, and sticky beef. Garnish with fresh parsley and lime.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or chili flakes. For a lighter version, swap fries for sweet potato fries.
