Preparation
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over them and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Frying the Fries
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add your cut potatoes and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
Cooking the Wings
- In a separate pan, add oil and heat until hot. Fry the seasoned wings until crispy and golden brown, ensuring an internal temperature of 165°F.
Preparing the Sauce
- In a saucepan, add minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and chili flakes. Simmer on low heat until thickened and glossy, approximately 5 minutes.
Combining Wings and Sauce
- Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the sauce until each piece is thoroughly coated.
Garnishing and Serving
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the wings and serve alongside crispy fries.
