Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cut fries with vegetable oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet.
Cooking the Fries
- Bake the fries for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy.
Cooking the Steak
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side until charred and an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare.
Cooking the Garlic Shrimp
- In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Assembly
- Serve the steak alongside the garlic shrimp and arrange the crispy fries around them. Garnish with parsley before serving.
