  • 1 pieces yellow bell pepper, sliced Fresh and vibrant for best flavor.
For the Fries
  • 2 cups French fries Can use frozen fries for convenience.
For the Salad
  • 1 cup lettuce Crisp and fresh for good texture.
  • 1/2 pieces cucumber, sliced Adds crunch to the salad.
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes For a burst of color and sweetness.
  • Salt & black pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation of Fries
  1. Begin by frying or baking the French fries until they turn a rich golden color and are delightfully crispy.
Cooking the Steak
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak strips, cooking them until well-browned and juicy, about 3-4 minutes.
Adding Peppers and Sauce
  1. Toss in the sliced red and yellow bell peppers along with soy sauce into the pan with the steak.
  2. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the peppers soften.
Preparing the Salad
  1. In a bowl, mix together the crisp lettuce, sliced cucumber, and vibrant cherry tomatoes until well combined.
Assembling the Plate
  1. On a large plate, arrange crispy fries as the base, then pile the steak and pepper mixture next to it, followed by a generous helping of salad.

Notes
